ABOUT

I completed my O Levels in Beaconhouse and am currently studying in Kaizen High School, completing my A Levels. With my studies I have also been shooting and editing short films, music videos, and advertisements.

Throughout my journey, I have worked extensively with Canon, Sony, and Blackmagic cameras, getting the best quality out of them and also mastering the art of achieving the highest dynamic range by skillfully exposing shots to preserve critical highlights and shadows unique to each camera system and color space.

My personal gear list includes:

Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4k
Sony A6400
Canon 6D
Sigma 18-35mm, Sigma 50mm1.4
Godox SL200wmkII, SL150wmkII and SL60w
Nanlite PavoTubes 15c
DJI Ronin S

My approach to lighting is focused on harnessing existing sources to create visually captivating and authentic scenes, both indoors and outdoors. Whether it's shaping natural light or using artificial fixtures, I ensure that each shot aligns seamlessly with the project's visual needs and narrative essence.

In addition to my cinematography expertise, I possess advanced proficiency in leading editing software such as Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. My editing prowess extends to color correction and grading, with a deep understanding of managing various color spaces throughout the grading workflow. I am adept at grading log footage from popular formats like Arriraw, Redraw, Slog3, and Braw, elevating the final product to the highest cinematic standards.
